Any notice sent in the manner sent forth above shall be deemed sufficiently given for all purposes hereunder (i) in the case of certified mail, on the second business day after deposited in the U.S. mail, and (ii) in the case of overnight courier or hand delivery, upon delivery. We may change our notice address by giving written notice to you by the means specified in this Section.

Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, and any matter or dispute arising out of the website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. The state and federal courts located in Nashville, Tennessee have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms of Service or the website.

Time Limit on Claims Against Us

You agree that any claim you may have arising out of or related to your use of the website or your relationship with us must be filed within one (1) year after such claim arose; otherwise, your claim is permanently barred.

Severability
